One thing I know for sure is that my body lacks flexibility. As I’m looking for options for my cross-training I want to make yoga part of the plan. I feel like doing so will help me stay healthy during this “mega” training phase.

    I think Yoga is the perfect compliment to any activity. I’m a weight lifter, so I use Yoga to build a strong core and prevent injury.
