Time to pivot for a healthier me

This picture was taken almost two months ago. The blouse, thank goodness, is very forgiving! Reality though is that I need to lose at least 35 pounds to be at a healthy weight. | SavvyMujer.comEver since I can remember my family have always associated being happy or celebratory mood with food. This has been a tradition that I have pretty much implemented with my own family.

Well, these past two years have been full of celebratory and happy moments… read: I have found every excuse to eat too much and well, it shows.

Now, it’s time to embrace the goals I had set at the beginning of the year and get going with my running.

The plan is to journal here about what steps I’m doing that can help you as well to reclaim our healthy bodies. From healthy recipes, guilty pleasure cocktails and testing apps and products while making this lifestyle change to Friday Confessionals!

There’s nothing better than public accountability to get to work… so, here we go:
