You know how most times you don’t really follow your habits when going on vacation. Well, that was me last week… We ate like there was no tomorrow!
So we are back on healthy eating lifestyle mode. My reality is that carbs are my kriptonite and therefore it’s time to re-evaluate our kitchen pantry. I’ve read The 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferris. (that’s my affiliate link) It has really made me want to try his diet principles and see what I can do with them. He talks about slow carbs a kind of hybrid diet between low carb and paleo.
It will be interesting to see what happens in 4 weeks. Here we go!
