Running Playlist: Building Up To Shake It Off

The perfect playlist for running! Great upbeat songs that will help you run faster!

Around here is getting a little chilly. To keep the body moving, I’m moving from listening to business podcasts to music. I’m being intentional with the songs selected as I want to jog to the beat! I’m still running slow BUT running nonetheless in the 17:00s. My purpose for this playlist is to get my pace up to close to 13:00.  I test drove the playlist and was able to run 2 miles (which I haven’t been able to do in a while.)

We start and end with a Latin beat! If you love to move to the rhythm, this playlist is for you.
