I’m so ready to get back to cheesy TV commercials and stop listening to dirty politics. Agreed?
October was all about getting into the habit of walking. As a family, we are walking at least one mile when he gets home. If his todo list is short then we get to walk more.
This has been working wonders for both of us.
Really! It’s the perfect decompressing routine and my signal that work is done for the day.
Now, here’s what I want to do more of or complete in November:
1) Read the The E-Myth Revisited: Why Most Small Businesses Don’t Work and What to Do About It by Michael E. Gerber
One of my dear friends gave me this book recommendation. Since she is a savvy business mujer, I’m definitely wanting to read this book.
2) Complete 60 miles.
Walking one mile is pretty good if the opposite is stay sitting on my butt. Now, it’s time to give a little more and walk/run for a mile for myself. I’ll be tracking all. the. numbers. (Obviously, lol)
3) Start testing a couple of new email service providers.
This is part of all the testing done for a few case studies I’m working on for my new blog I Heart Metrics!
4) “Fix” this blog.
Earlier this year, I wanted to do all the things here at Savvy Mujer. As I kept working on my ideal customer the less I liked that idea. So, there are certain pages and widgets that are out of tune.
Bonus: Find and do an official 5k. It’s been a while and it will be a great first step to get my healthy + skinny self back.
