The Monday 5: Goals for this week

Before going onto the goals for the week it’s time to take a look at January. To say that January was fantastic is an understatement. I’m over the moon that my weight went down!

That’s over 6 pounds gone! So happy! Of course, my goal this month is to repeat and lose at least 6 more pounds.
