Les Mills Combat – Week 2 Recap
Wow, we are 14 days into 2013 already!
First of all, when you can feel the support of friends and acquaintances it really encouraged me to “fight” harder to burn calories. Thank you. Not sure the pictures do any justice to how good I’m feeling but there they go.
This week went better than the first. I’m really loving that Les Mills Combat really works the body. Also, I’m adapting to waking up early and getting out of bed and be done with exercising by 8:30 am. This is working so much better for me.
Of course I’m super excited as with this exercise routine I’ve lost 1″ at the waist. YES! As of today, the scale is showing 4.9 lbs less and 1.4% body fat lost. That’s a few steps closer to being in healthy ranges again.
For week 3, I want to eat about 1,300 calories a day and see what upping the calories do for me. Not sure if it’s the “new shiny object syndrome” or not but really enjoying doing a Nutriblast a day. Got some flax seeds to add to my smoothies this week. The Nutribullet has made having veggies & fruits a breeze.
I’ve also started to take Nutrilite Heart Health packs, that includes CoQ10 for a healthier heart.
