Ingredients:

1 cucumber, sliced with skin on
1 orange, peeled and quartered
½ lemon, peeled
2 cups of fresh spinach
6 button mushrooms, rinsed well
½ cup blueberries

Just prep all of your ingredients as noted above and add to your blender. Blend on low until you have a smooth consistency. Enjoy!

½ cup of hemp seeds
2 bananas, peeled

2 celery stalks
