Friday loves: new do, new eating window and new anthem
Can you believe that August is coming to an end already?! Me either.
This week I started to follow an eight hour eating window following Instagram’s @MelissaMade guidelines. Technically, this is intermittent fasting + I love it. The idea behind this is to tech your body to be fueled by food in a timeframe of eight hours.
She does five meals in that time from 11am to 7pm, I’m doing three from 10am to 6pm as I find it’s easier to manage this way. Since I’m working on deal with my hormonal imbalance the natural way, call me crazy, but I think I don’t look bloated anymore. Winning!
To keep that sense of “I’m making it!” I adventured to a new hair salon. I’m telling you, the scariest thing about moving is finding a new hair salon. Thankfully, the ladies were awesome. I had taken a vacation from the highlights but man, I missed them. They’re baaack 😉
