3 Fitness Goals for June
Can you believe it’s June already?!
This 2014 seems like it’s running an ultra-marathon at blazing speed!
If only I could get on with it 😉 For this month, instead of setting ambitious goals in terms of running mileage I’m going to work on creating the habit. Using the excuse of “having to much work” it’s getting a little old and really, “It’s. IS. TIIIIME!” (said in my best UFC announcer guy voice)
3 Fitness Goals for June:
1. Get dressed in my fitness outfit and walking sneakers right after drinking a cup of coffee. One thing I never miss is having a cup of coffee in the morning. I want to associate the getting ready to workout with finishing this cup of coffee. This should be super easy by the end of the month.
2. Go for a walk/jog five days a week. The aim is to walk start walking for 10 minutes right after I’m done writing a couple of posts every day.
3. Every time I go to Facebook, I will do 5 squats.
As you can see the plan is to start moving this body after the activity triggers my fitness goal. Those triggers are things I do every day, so by starting small is my hope that it can create a new habit.
