21-Day Squat Challenge
Since we moved, I’m more determined than ever to get back to a healthy weight and live an active lifestyle while cooking simple yet elegant dishes. Making dramatic changes or vowing to do epic challenges have not help much in the past.
Can you do 60 squats a day?
I bet you can! They by no means have to be done in a row. Break them in three sessions like breakfast, lunch + dinner.
The idea for this challenge comes from making marginal gains. We would need TONS of willpower to change habits in just a day or two. Instead, making that decision of changing something small, even if it’s just 1% change is very doable. For me, the 1% change this month is from leaving behind an almost non-existent fitness routine to dedicate 21 days to do 60 squats.
So, what say you and let’s get this challenge going.
