15 Mornings | A Framework for Productivity

A productivity framework for bloggers. Create your content, Create a ritual or system and then consume content. You won't feel overwhelmed again! | SavvyMujer.com

I must confess that I was not raised an early bird. I’m a “husband-made” one. Yes, I guess old habits die hard. You see, my husband is ex-military and it pretty much doesn’t matter what time we go to bed, come 5:30am he is up and running. Me, well, I try to keep up with him. So by 6:00 am although  feeling groggy I’m ready for a new day!

This to say, if you take the weekends off we only have 15 mornings left this month.

Don’t you cherish the days you could sleep until noon? I do. Some times, but I digress.

With so many dreams and an ever-growing to-do list, for me 2014 will be different! I told you about my three words for 2014 already, but the one that I want to tackle in the next 15 morning is rituals.

Then I saw this video, check it out:

Pretty good, right!

Well, I’ve adopted that motto: Create before consume. Because I want it to be part of my rituals, a typical day in my new to-do list is structured like this:

1) Work on the posts
2) Schedule the promotions on Social Media
4) Answer questions on Social Media
5) Check and answer email
6) Now it’s time to consume other’s content!
7) Jot down ideas for the Weekly goal tracking meeting (with the husband)
8) Check and answer emails/social media
9) Family time!

Rinse and repeat.

And there you have it. That’s the framework I’m using this month. Perfect? Of course, not. Doable? Absolutely.

Cheers to rituals and frameworks!

Making a daily “To Do List” is wonderful to keep us focused on our goals. It is about being productive and not just about being busy. Love your post, amiga. 🙂
